Ham and Soft Cheese Rectangular Tart
ready in 40 min.
Heat the oven to 220°C (200°C in a fan oven), 425°F, gas 7 and line a baking try with greaseproof paper.
Roll the pastry out on a floured work surface approx. 20 x 35 cm. Place on the prepared baking tray and arrange the cheese on top. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10-20 min until golden brown and crispy.
Top the tart with the ham, season with salt and ground black pepper, add the rocket and serve immediately.
