1 ⅔ cups Melon (e. g. watermelon, formed into 12 small balls)
1 ⅛ cups cream cheese
12 slices dry-cured ham (e. g. Parma)
Basil (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Whisk together the oil and lemon juice and season with sea salt and ground black pepper. Mix through the melon balls and leave to marinate.
2.
Beat the cheese until smooth and creamy. Spread out the ham slices and spoon around 1 tbsp of cheese onto one half of each slice. Fold the other half up decoratively.
3.
Arrange the parcels on a serving plate and top with the melon balls. Drizzle over the dressing and serve garnished with basil.
