200 grams Sesame seeds
5 Tbsps honey
2 Tbsps powdered sugar
50 grams ground almonds
1 Tbsp sunflower oil
50 grams peeled almonds
vegetable oil (for the mold)

Preparation steps

1.

Dissolve instant coffee in 2 tablespoons of water.

Finely grind sesame seeds in a blender. Combine with honey, powdered sugar, ground almonds, dissolved coffee and oil and knead until a smooth solid and shiny dough has formed. Finally knead in the peeled almonds and press into an oiled pan about 1 cm (approximately 3/8 inch) thick. Chill at least 1 hour. Turn out from the pan and serve cut into pieces.
