4 teaspoons strong Espresso (cooled)
1.333 cups cold milk
Caramel syrup
1 handful Ice
3 Amaretti biscuits

Preparation steps

Put the cold espresso (sweetened if preferred) into a mixer with the cold milk and a dash of syrup. Add most of the ice cubes and blend.
2.
Pour into a tall glass and add the remaining ice cubes. Top with the amarettini, whole or roughly crushed if preferred. Serve immediately.
