- 2 tsps Caper
- 4 Anchovy fillet
- 100 grams green Olives (pitted)
- 100 grams black Olives (pitted)
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 800 grams Halibut fillet

Preparation steps

Peel the garlic. Rinse the chile and cut in half. Combine the garlic, chile, capers and anchovies. Transfer 1/2 of the mixture to a food processor along with the green olives and pulse until coarsely chopped. Pulse in 1/2 the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Repeat with the remaining garlic-chile mixture and the black olives.

Rinse the halibut, pat dry and cut into 8 slices. Season with salt and pepper and pan-sear in 2 tablespoons hot oil until golden brown, around 3-4 minutes.

Arrange on serving plates, distribute the tapenade over top and serve.
