- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 500 grams Ground beef
- 1 lg can peeled Tomatoes
- 2 Apple
- 15 green Olives (stuffed)
- 8 pickled green Pepperoncini
- 50 grams raisins
- ½ tsp ground allspice
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 generous pinch Sambal oelek
- salt (and pepper)
- Tabasco sauce
- Tortilla chip

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat oil, add onion and garlic and sauté briefly. Add ground beef and fry briefly. Drain tomatoes, collecting the juice. Add the tomatoes to the meat.

Peel apples, quarter and remove cores. Cut apples into thin slices. Cut olives in half. Cut peperoncini into wide strips.
3.
Add apples, olives, peperoncini and raisins to the meat and mix in spices. Season the reserved tomato juice with sambal oelek, hot-pepper sauce and salt and serve alongside the ground beef with tortilla chips.
