- 3 cups white Bread flour
- 2 tsps Dried yeast
- 1 ½ tsps salt
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- olive oil
- Sea salt

Preparation steps
1.
Place the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl, then add the water a little at a time to form a dough.
2.
Bring the dough together with your hands and knead well for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3.
Divide the mixture into about 20-24 equal portions then roll into sausage shapes. You can leave them like this or twist them like barley sugar.
4.
Place well-spaced on floured baking sheets, cover with a damp tea towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
5.
Preheat the oven to 200°C | 400F | gas 6.
6.
Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle with a little sea salt, then bake for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
7.
Serve with dips or wrapped in Parma ham.
