- For the tuna
- 4 Tuna (each about 180-200 grams)
- juiced Limes
- 5 Tbsps Corn oil
- 2 tsps Curry powder
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- For the vegetable salad
- 200 grams soybean sprout
- 150 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 150 grams Snow peas
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
Preparation steps

For the tuna: combine lime juice, oil, curry powder, salt and pepper, coat tuna steaks with the mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.

For the vegetable salad: rinse sprouts under running water.

Rinse and halve cherry tomatoes.
4.
Rinse and halve chile pepper, remove seeds and ribs and chop finely.
5.
Rinse and peel snow peas.
6.
Whisk vinegar with oil and season with salt, sugar and pepper. Toss vegetables with the dressing.

Grill tuna steaks on hot grill for about 3 minutes per side. Arrange on plates and serve with vegetable salad.
