3 Tbsps olive oil
500 grams green Asparagus

16 slices Pancetta

Preparation steps

1.

Heat a charcoal grill.

Rinse tomatoes and brush a little olive oil. Thread tomatoes onto a wooden skewer (soaked first in water). Grill, turning repeatedly, about 3 minutes.

Rinse asparagus and peel the bottom third of each stalk. Season with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil. Grill, turning frequently, 8-9 minutes.

4.

Roll pancetta up and thread onto soaked wooden skewers. Grill on all sides until crispy and browned, about 7 minutes.
