- 250 milliliters Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Tandoori paste
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 6 thyme
- 2 kilograms Lamb cutlet

Preparation steps

In a bowl, blend the buttermilk with the tandoori paste, peeled and chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Rinse the lamb chops, pat dry and place in the marinade.

Add the springs of thyme to the marinade and allow to sit covered in the refrigerator over night. When ready to cook, remove the lamb chops from the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Cook on the grill until done, about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with grilled vegetables.
