Grilled T-Bone Steaks with Bell Peppers
Rinse the T bone steaks and pat dry. Mix together the olive oil, red wine and lemon juice in a large bowl to make a marinade. Season the marinade with salt and pepper. Toss the T bone steaks into the marinade and let marinate covered for 24 hours in refrigerator, turning once in between.
Take out the bowl with T bone steaks from the refrigerator 2 hours prior to grilling. Lift out the T bone steaks, drain well and sear on the hot grill over high heat. Now fry on a less hot spot for 15 minutes. Take off the coked T bone steaks from the grill and let rest covered for 5 minutes.
Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove seedsand ribs, and cut lengthwise into wide strips. Grill the bell pepper strips on the hot grill.
Serve the grilled T bone steaks with bell peppers.
