- 1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground Cardamom
- 1 tsp cilantro
- ½ tsp Ground clove
- ground black peppers
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 8 Lamb cutlets
- 1 Lime
- salt
Preparation steps
1.
Combine spices with olive oil, rub the lamb with mixture and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Rinse the lime in hot water and divide into 8 wedges. Thread 1 lime wedge and 1 chop on each skewer and lightly season with salt. Cook on a hot grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
