2 ripe Mangoes
1 bunch Chervil (30 grams)
1 Lime (juiced)

4 Salmon steak (each about 150 grams)
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

Peel the mango, cut the flesh down to the core and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) small cubes. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Mix the diced mango with the lime juice and the parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the salmon steaks and pat dry on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.

In a grill pan, heat the oi and cook the salmon first on the skin side for 2-3 minutes. Then, remove from the heat and cook on the other side for 3-5 minutes until it is finished.

4.

Arrange the salmon steaks on warmed plates with the mango salsa.
