1 kilogram Rack of lamb
2 sprigs rosemary
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps Margarine (30 grams)
3 Tbsps grainy Mustard
2 Tbsps breadcrumbs

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lamb under cold water and pat dry.

2.

Rinse the rosemary, shake dry, pluck the needles and chop. Peel the garlic and chop.

3.

Mix the margarine with the mustard, breadcrumbs, rosemary and garlic. Spread over the meat. Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked to your liking.
