Grilled Pork Belly
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.
Grind 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, caraway seeds, allspice berries, cloves and marjoram in a mortar. Mix with parsley.
Rinse and pat dry pork belly, vigorously rub with spice mixture and place onto a grill rack (including drip pan). Grill in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 60-70 minutes or until crispy.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
