- 3 Tbsps Mustard
- 2 Tbsps Fresh herbs
- salt
- peppers
- Metal skewers
- vegetable oil (for the grill)

Preparation steps
1.
Put the pork belly with the rind side down onto the work surface. Brush with mustard and chopped herbs.
2.
Roll up and thread onto metal skewers, about 2.5 cm (approximately 1 inch) apart. Cut the roulade between the skewers into slices.
3.
Place on the oiled grill and cook about 10 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
