300 grams Cherry tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
parsley (2 tablespoons, coarsely chopped)
Dill (2 tablespoons, coarsely chopped)
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse mussels thoroughly under cold water and debeard if necessary. Discard any mussels with damaged or open shells. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Peel and thinly slice garlic. Rinse parsley and dill and coarsely chop leaves. 

2.

Place mussels, tomatoes, garlic and herbs in the centers of 4 pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Pull edges of the foil upwards and fold over. Drizzle mussels with oil. Over medium heat, grill about 12 minutes.

3.

Serve the mussels on the foil.
