2 onions
1 tsp butter
600 grams Ground lamb
1 egg
4 Tbsps breadcrumbs
5 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
salt
freshly ground pepper
1 tsp ground paprika
½ tsp Cumin
1 tsp Ras el hanout
2 Tbsps parsley (chopped, for sprinkling)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and chop finely. Heat butter in a pan and saute onions until translucent. Combine with ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin powder and Raz el Hanout, mix well. Shape about 8 koftes on skewers.

Grill on a hot grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.  

3.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
