250 grams Pastry flour
10 grams Dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
50 grams Natural yogurt
1 tsp coarsely crushed Cumin (seeds)

Preparation steps

1.

Combine the flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and stir in the vegetable oil, yogurt and 75 ml (approximately 1/3) of lukewarm water. Knead until a smooth dough is formed, adding a bit more water if needed. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Sprinkle the cumin seeds over the dough and knead well to incorporate. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions form large and roll out into triangular shapes with a thick edge. Brush with oil and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and serve warm.
