- 4 Eggplant
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch Basil
- salt
- Flatbread

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse eggplants and cut lengthwise into slices. Season with salt and lemon juice. Let stand for 30 minutes, then drain well and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Brush eggplant slices with olive oil and place on preheated grill. Turn after browning and coat other side with olive oil. Peel garlic, chop and sprinkle over finished eggplant. Top slices of eggplant with basil.
2.
Grill flatbread and serve alongside the eggplant slices.
