- 2 Tomatoes
- 80 grams Toast
- 150 milliliters milk
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 shallots
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 500 grams Cod
- 100 grams King prawn (peeled and deveined)
- breadcrumbs (as needed)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
- salt
- peppers (ground)

Preparation steps
1.
Scald the tomatoes, peel, quarter, core and dice finely. Soak the toast in milk. Rinse chile pepper, remove seeds and chop. Chop the fish fillets and prawns finely. Peel the shallots, chop finely and cook in hot oil until translucent. Combine the eggs, cilantro, soaked toast (squeezed of excess milk), tomatoes and chile pepper with the fish and prawns. Add breadcrumbs as required and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Form the mixture into small patties, brush with oil and broil on a hot grill, turning carefully for even cooking, until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.
