- 28 ozs Beef (such as loin or fillet)
- 1 Red paprika
- 1 yellow paprika
- 2 Red onions
- 14 ozs Pineapple
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps
1.
Heat grill.

Rinse beef, pat dry and cut into approximately 1-1/2 inch cubes.

Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces.
4.
Peel, quarter and separate onions into individual pieces. With a sharp knife, cut off pineapple rind. Remove core, cut into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
5.
Thread prepared ingredients alternately onto skewers, season with salt and pepper and brush with oil. Grill, turning skewers frequently, 5-7 minutes.
