- 2 Avocados
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 ⅓ cups Tuna (sushi quality, very finely diced)
- 3 Tbsps sweet Chili sauce (Asian)
- 1 small onion (very finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp Oil

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the avocados in half and remove the stones. Brush the cut surface immediately with lemon juice.
2.
For the tartare, mix together the tuna, chilli sauce and onion and season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Brush the avocado with oil and barbecue, cut side down, for 2-4 minutes. Spoon the filling into the avocado halves. If desired, season again with salt and ground black pepper, and serve garnished with chilli.
