Preparation steps

1.

Roll pomegranates around vigorously. Halve and remove seeds. Place seeds in a high-walled pot and puree with an immersion blender. Strain through  a fine sieve. 

2.

Pour juice into glasses and serve as it is or mixed with a little cold water.
