- 1 kilogram jam sugar
- 2 organic lemons (juiced)
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
Preparation steps

Rinse the plums and cut in half. Remove the stones, then mix with the jam sugar. Cover and let stand overnight.

Mix in the lemon juice and the spices. Place the mixture in a pan and bring to a boil. Cook the mixture for 4 minutes, then remove the spices. Fill the prepared jars with the hot jam, seal tightly, and cool completely.
