150 grams Lettuce (such as lollo rosso, batavia)
½ chicken (fully cooked)
2 Tbsps White vinegar
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp (medium heat) Mustard
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
½ tsp sugar
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 (ripe) Pear
shaved Parmesan (for sprinkling)

Preparation steps

Rinse and spin dry salad greens. Carve chicken, remove all skin and bones, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar to make a vinaigrette. Add olive oil to the mix and shake well.

Rinse and cut pear into bite-sized peices, removing all the seeds. Place chicken and pear pieces on salad greens. Drizzle with the vinaigrette. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
