- 1 garlic clove
- 1 onion
- 5 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 200 grams Feta
- 200 grams acid Whipped cream
- 1 egg
- salt
- peppers
- 400 grams Filo dough (Phyllo dough sheets)

Preparation steps

Rinse spinach and spin dry. Peel garlic and onion and finely chop. Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic and onion. Add spinach to pan. If needed, drain excess liquid, let cool slightly and chop. Finely grate cheese and fold into mixture. Place two dough sheets on top of each other and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Spread cheese and spinach mixture over dough.

Mix sour cream and egg and season with salt and pepper. Spread over cheese and spinach mixture. Loosely cover with remaining dough sheets and tuck edges under. Brush with water. Heat remaining oil and brush over dough surface. Bake at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Cut into slices and serve hot.
