2 Tbsps good quality olive oil
1 Tbsp chopped, fresh Dill (may substitute 1 teaspoon dry dill weed)
1 tsp garlic powder
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
6 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
2 ½ cups chopped, deli rotisserie chicken
3 cups Grape tomato (rinsed and halved)
1 medium Cucumber (peeled; seeded and chopped)
4 Radish (washed; trimmed and thinly sliced)
½ cup finely chopped Red onions (or yellow onion)
cup pitted Kalamata Olive
½ cup crumbled Feta (optional)
2 hard boiled eggs (sliced)

Preparation steps

Whisk vinegar, oil, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl until thoroughly blended. Add lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, sliced radishes, onion, olives, and feta; gently toss to coat. Garnish with egg slices
