1 kilogram fresh Salmon (fillet with skin)
4 Tbsps salt
2 tsps freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps sugar
2 bunches Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Mix salt, sugar and pepper. Rub salmon fillets on both sides with seasoning mixture and sprinkle both sides with 2/3 of finely chopped dill. Lay salmon skin-side down in a dish, cover with aluminum foil and let stand for 1 to 2 days in refrigerator, turning often.

Cut salmon fillet into thin slices and serve.
