Preparation steps

Rinse the mint, shake dry and chop the leaves. Peel the grapefruit with a sharp knife, removing the white skin completely. Now cut out the fillets between the skins and cut small. Squeeze out the juice from the remains and mix with the grapefruit pieces, mint, pomegranate syrup, cinnamon, cardamom and lemon juice in a bowl. Season to taste and put into four small glasses.
