Preparation steps

Halve the grapefruit, and thinly slice 2-3 pieces for garnish. Squeeze the juice from the remaining grapefruit, and pass through a fine strainer into a glass. Sweeten to taste with honey. Add the ice cubes, fill with the mineral water, and garnish with the grapefruit slices.
