Preparation steps

1.

Wash and halve the grapes. Remove the seeds. Remove the skin of the figs and cut the flesh into bite-size pieces.

2.

Rinse the pear, remove the core and cut into pieces. Remove the pit from the dates and chop. Section the grapefruit.

3.

Add the chopped fruit to a bowl. Squeeze the lime, and combine the juice with the spices and fold into the fruit. Chop the pistachios and sprinkle over the top as a garnish.
