2 Bowls, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Brush, 1 Small pot, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Tablespoon
Preparation steps

Peel, quarter and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Mix the cinnamon and sugar and mix with the apple pieces.

For the cream, dissolve the sugar in the cider, add the cream and whip until stiff with an electric hand mixer.

For the caramel, put the sugar into a pan with 4 tbsp water and boil to produce a light brown caramel. As soon as the sugar is the desired colour stir in the nuts and pour on to an oiled plate. Leave to set.
4.
To serve, half fill two glasses with apple pieces, pour a little cider over the apples and cover with whipped cream. Break the caramel into pieces and use to garnish the desserts.
