- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 200 milliliters white wine
- 1 onion
- 2 butter
- 200 Gorgonzola
- 650 milliliters Vegetable broth (Instant powdered)
- 2 Tomatoes
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ bunch Basil

Preparation steps

Whisk flour with wine until smooth. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat butter in a saucepan and saute onion until soft. Add coarsely chopped gorgonzola and melt on low heat. Add wine with flour and mix until smooth, Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, for a few minutes. Rinse tomatoes and cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into wedges.

Season soup with salt and pepper and serve garnished with tomato and basil leaves.
