- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 200 milliliters white wine
- 1 onion
- 2 butter
- 200 Gorgonzola
- 650 milliliters Vegetable broth (Instant powdered)
- 2 Tomatoes
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ bunch Basil

Preparation steps
1.
Whisk flour with wine until smooth. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat butter in a saucepan and saute onion, add coarsely chopped gorgonzola and melt on low heat. Add remaining wine, bring to a boil, add flour mixture and whisk until smooth. Add broth and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into wedges.

Season finished soup with salt and pepper and serve garnished with tomato wedges and basil leaves.
