- 1 Red onion (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1 medium Zucchini (thickly sliced)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ lemon (juiced)

Preparation steps
1.
Thread the chicken, onion chunks and courgette slices alternately onto soaked wooden skewers.

Drizzle with oil and oregano and griddle over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
3.
Season well and squeeze over a little lemon juice before serving.
