- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Zucchini
- 6 Tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 milliliters Chicken broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Endive (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and slice the zucchini.
2.
Blanch tomatoes in hot water to loosen skin, then remove from pot and cut out stem.
3.
Peel tomatoes and cut into thin slices.
4.
Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into strips. Mix garam masala with salt and pepper to taste, soy sauce, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon oil and brush the chicken with it. Thread on skewers and grill on the preheated barbecue for about 10 minutes.
5.
Sauté garlic and zucchini in remaining oil. Deglaze with the broth and add tomatoes. Cover pan and braise approximately 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
6.
Serve vegetables with the skewers.
7.
If desired, serve chicory with a shallot vinaigrette.
