- 600 grams Chicken breasts
- 30 milliliters Canola oil
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 generous pinches Turmeric (ground)
- 2 Zucchini
- 12 sprigs rosemary
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chicken breast and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into cubes and mix in a bowl with canola oil, curry and turmeric. Marinate, covered, about 1 hour.

In the meantime, rinse the zucchini, cut into thick slices and cut out with a cookie cutter to small circles. Rinse the rosemary and free the branches from the lower half of the leaves. Alternately stick the meat cubes and zucchini circles on the branches.
3.
Heat a nonstick skillet without fat and cook chicken skewers on all sides about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
