- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup cooked Millet
- 2 Tbsps grated carrots
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- vegetable oil (for shallow frying)
- To serve
- kohlrabi sauce
- Fresh herbs

Preparation steps
1.
Stir together the flax seeds and water and set aside to thicken.
2.
Stir together the remaining ingredients until combined, then stir in the thickened flax seed mixture.
3.
Shape into 8 balls and press to flatten.
4.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
5.
Serve with kohlrabi sauce and herbs.
