- ⅔ cup butter
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup light brown sugar (heaped)
- 1 ½ cups gluten-free self-rising flour
- 2 large eggs
- 3 Tbsps mixed Seed (pumpkin, sesame, hemp, etc.)
- To decorate
- powdered sugar
- Edible flowers

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 170°C (150° fan) 325°F gas 3. Grease a 900g|2lb loaf tin.
2.
Heat the butter, sugar and honey in a pan until melted. Stir and remove from the heat.
3.
Put the flour in a mixing bowl and beat in the honey mixture. Beat in the eggs until smooth.
4.
Put into the tin and sprinkle with seeds.
5.
Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
6.
Sift a little icing sugar over the top and decorate with flowers.
