- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1 Tbsp Coconut flour
- ½ tsp Ginger powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsps Maple syrup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsps Molasses
Preparation steps

Heat the waffle iron.

Combine the ground almonds, coconut flour, spices, bicarbonate of soda and salt in a mixing bowl.

Beat together the eggs, syrup, milk, vanilla and treacle. Add all at once to the flour mixture. Stir just until moistened.
4.
Cook the batter in batches in the waffle iron for 4-6 minutes until golden and crisp.
