- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- ½ cup cooked Quinoa
- ½ cup cooked Millet
- 1 cup cooked Lentils
- 1 green chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 0.333 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup gluten-free all purpose flour
- 2 tsps Corn starch
- 1 cup dry gluten-free breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp ground Cumin
- salt (to taste)
- peppers (to taste)
- To coat
- 2 cups dry gluten-free breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- To serve
- steamed Broccoli

1 große Skillet, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Rubber spatula, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Measuring cups
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the onion and garlic until softened.

Tip into a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients until well mixed. Set aside to cool.
3.
Shape the cooled mixture into oval shapes. Roll in the breadcrumbs to coat.
4.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan to a depth of 1cm|1/2".
5.
Fry the croquettes, a few at a time, for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
6.
Serve with steamed broccoli and garnish with plain yoghurt and chives.
