0.333 cup honey (warmed)
2 sprigs thyme (leaves stripped)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 150°C(130° fan)|300F|gas 2.
2.
Toss the parsnips with the honey, thyme, and seasoning.
3.
Arrange in a roasting dish, cover with aluminium foil, and roast for 1 hour 15-20 minutes until tender.
4.
Remove the foil after an hour and increase the temperature of the oven to 190°C(170° fan)|375F|gas 5.

Roast for a further 20-25 minutes until glazed before serving.
