Glazed Artichoke Hearts
1 kleine Non-stick pan, 1 Small plate, 1 Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Kitchen scale, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Mixing bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Muffin tin mit 12 Mulden, 12 Baking cups, 1 Wire rack, 1 Tablespoon
Slice the artichokes in half vertically. Remove the tough outer leaves, peel the stalks and scrape out the hairy choke with a teaspoon.
Bring a large pan of water to a boil with the vinegar and boil the prepared artichokes for 10 - 15 minutes or until tender. Drain well and set aside.
Heat the oven to 240C (220C fan) 475F, gas 9.
Place the artichokes cup side up in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle over the oil, scatter with the garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Lay one slice of cheese on each artichoke, sprinkle with the parsley and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve hot or warm.
