- ⅔ cup dry white wine
- 1 pc fresh ginger (approx. 20 g, finely sliced)
- 21 ozs pork fillets (e. g. cod, cut into four equal pieces)
- 1 Tbsp Peanut oil
- 2 red peppers (cut into strips)
- 4 cups Bean sprout
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps
1.
In a large skillet bring the white wine and the ginger to a boil. Add the fish. Cook for around 15 minutes at a low heat with a lid on.
2.
Heat the oil in a skillet or a wok. Fry the pepper for approx. 3 minutes stirring continuously. Add the beansprouts and leave to cook for around 2 minutes.

Season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper and serve on plates. Arrange the fish and some of the ginger broth on top of the vegetables.
