- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsps Ginger powder
- 1 tsp Orange zest
- 1 Tbsp Orange juice
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
- ½ cup butter

The biscuits will keep in an air-tight jar for a few months.
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160°C in a fan oven), 375°F, gas 5 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2.
Mix together the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, the ginger, orange zest and juice, the sugar, vanilla sugar and the butter to create a smooth mixture.
3.
Place small balls of the mixture (approx. 2-3 cm diameter) on the prepared baking tray using a small spoon. Press flat gently and bake for around 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
