Gigantic Chocolate Biscuit
Preheat the oven to 180°C | 350F | gas 4.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, white & brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and then stir in the vanilla
Combine the flour and baking soda (separately from the mixture). Stir the flour and baking soda into the creamed mixture and then fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread the cookie dough onto a large round, greased baking tray. Bake for 18-22 minutes until the cookie is set and golden at the edges.
Remove from the oven and immediately decorate with Minstrels. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.
