11 ozs Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids; cut into chunks)
0.333 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup light brown sugar
1 ¼ cups self-rising flour
4 ozs Milk chocolate (25% cocoa solids; cut into chunks)
4 ozs white chocolate (cut into chunks)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line 2 large baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

Put 100g|3 1/2 oz plain chocolate into a large heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water until melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter, vanilla and sugar.

Sift in the flour and stir gently until combined. Add the remaining plain chocolate chunks, milk chocolate chunks and half the white chocolate chunks and stir until combined.
4.
Spoon heaps, apart, onto the baking trays. Press the remaining white chocolate chunks into the top of each heap.
5.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until starting to colour. Cool on the baking trays.
