Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onions and cut into rings.

Rinse and quarter the apples, remove the cores and cut into thin columns. Drizzle immediately with lemon juice.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into wedges.

4.

Rinse and trim the bell peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into small pieces.

5.

For the dressing, mix the vinegar with the oil and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the salad ingredients together and transfer to plates. Serve drizzled with the dressing and showered with sunflower seeds.
