Preparation steps

Rinse spinach, trim and spin dry. Rinse tomatoes and pat dry. Rinse strawberries, pat dry and cut into quarters or eighths. Cut cheese into small cubes. Peel onion, halve and cut into strips.

For dressing, combine vinegar, oil, mustard and sugar, then season with salt and pepper. Arrange the salad ingredients decoratively on plates, drizzle with a little salad dressing, garnish with chips and serve.
